Role Overview
As a Business Operations Analyst, candidates will support Qualcomm’s Global Business and Finance Support (GBFS) team with partner account onboarding, product SKU management, financial tracking, incentive claims, marketing fund allocation and reporting. The role involves coordinating with global headquarters, sales teams and external channel partners to maintain accurate business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage partner account onboarding, product SKUs and partner offerings.
- Process Market Development Funds (MDF) and Global Channel Incentive (GCI) claims.
- Ensure financial accuracy and compliance with channel program guidelines.
- Manage marketing budgets, fund requests and fund allocations.
- Support financial tracking, reporting, invoicing and billing activities.
- Coordinate with external partners, headquarters and internal sales teams.
- Provide operational support to Qualcomm’s Compute Channel Partners.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and support additional business operations activities.
Eligibility & Required Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree is the minimum qualification. A Master’s degree in Business Management, Operations, Analytics or related fields is specified in the key skills section.
- Experience: 0–1 year in PC OEMs, semiconductor channel partnerships or business operations.
- Microsoft Excel: Excellent Advanced Excel skills.
- Certification: Salesforce certification is an advantage.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving and conceptual abilities.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Work Management: Ability to multitask, maintain attention to detail and deliver quality work on time.
