Role Overview
As a CA Industrial Trainee in Global Segments Finance, candidates will support Walmart’s global finance teams with financial tracking, reporting, forecasting and operational analysis. The role also involves participating in AI-led finance transformation projects focused on automation, predictive dashboards and improving financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist global segment teams with financial reporting and business performance tracking.
- Support segment-level financial reviews and operational analysis.
- Assist with weekly, monthly and quarterly budgeting activities.
- Support headcount forecasting, variance analysis and financial closing activities.
- Provide financial data support for supply chain and operational analysis.
- Automate recurring financial reports and variance trackers.
- Support the testing and piloting of AI-powered finance tools.
- Build dashboards and generate insights using Copilot, Gemini and internal AI systems.
