Role Overview
The Digital Content Associate will support Prime Video’s global publishing operations by ensuring digital content is published accurately and on time. The role includes digital asset verification, quality control, partner coordination, defect management, publishing pipeline monitoring, and post-publishing validation.
You will work closely with internal teams and external content partners while following standard operating procedures to meet quality, productivity, and service level agreement (SLA) targets. Key Responsibilities
- Perform pre-publish and post-publish quality checks (QC) of digital assets.
- Coordinate with content partners to report defects and request corrected assets before launch.
- Monitor and resolve publishing blockers in the downstream content pipeline.
- Proactively communicate risks or blockers to managers.
- Resolve post-publish content issues reported through customer tickets within SLA timelines.
- Maintain trackers, dashboards, and workflow tools for operational visibility.
- Consistently achieve SLA, productivity, and quality targets.
Required Skills & Eligibility
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 0–2 years of experience in content operations, media publishing, or a related field.
- Knowledge of software and editing tools including HTML, Microsoft Excel, image editing software, and SQL.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good presentation and stakeholder communication abilities.
- Basic understanding of video formats and digital supply chain is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
