As an Associate Analyst in the Payroll team, your key tasks will include:

Handling employee data and onboarding date updates in the payroll dashboard.
Processing employee life cycle changes, separations, and salary continuations.
Supporting payroll processing, compensation data loads, and headcount reconciliations.
Managing Full & Final Settlements for separated employees within strict deadlines.
Responding to payroll inquiries from employees and HR.
Ensuring accurate data entry and compliance with PII (Personally Identifiable Information) standards.
Collaborating with HR operations and finance teams for data reviews and reconciliations.
Identifying discrepancies and ensuring arithmetical accuracy.

[bluesubheading]✅ Qualifications Required:[/bluesubheading]

Any graduate (preferably in Finance).
0 to 2 years of work experience (payroll or any domain).
Strong Excel skills (basic to advanced).
Familiarity with SAP HR systems and accounting tools.
Typing speed: 45–50 WPM with data entry accuracy of 7000 KSPH at 5% or less error.
Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
High ethical standards, integrity, and data privacy awareness.
