Job Description
As a Software Development Engineer, you will join the Engineering & DevOps Services (EDS) team within AI, Data & Automation (AIDA) at Autodesk. The team focuses on building enterprise AI platforms, enabling intelligent search, LLM-powered workflows, and AI-driven automation systems.
This role provides an opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies such as AI agents, Model Context Protocols (MCPs), and large language models while contributing to scalable and reliable enterprise systems.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of AI Agent Frameworks
- Work on integrating and experimenting with multiple LLMs for enterprise use cases
- Assist in operationalising AI platforms ensuring scalability and reliability
- Build and extend Model Context Protocol (MCPs) for AI interactions
- Develop AI-enabled search solutions including semantic search and RAG pipelines
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices
- Collaborate with engineers and teams to deliver features and improve systems
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and frameworks
Requirements / Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 0-2 years of work experience
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, or MCPs through projects or internships
- Knowledge of AI-enabled search solutions, vector databases, and RAG pipelines
