Bank of America is inviting applications for the position of Apprentice (Testing) for freshers from prestigious locations across PAN India, such as Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai, Gandhinagar (GIFT City), and Gurugram.

About the Job:

Join the Global Business Services (GBS) Technology Team at Bank of America and work on award-winning web and mobile apps, high-performing solutions, cloud platforms, and responsive user experiences. As an Apprentice in Testing, you’ll be an integral part of a team responsible for ensuring software quality across banking, finance, enterprise risk, and global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute end-to-end Test strategies

• Work in Agile environments alongside cross-functional teams

• Conduct both Functional and Non-functional testing

• Develop test conditions and scripts; perform unit and integration testing

• Build and execute manual and automated test suites (Selenium, Tosca, RAFT, Cucumber)

• Document and communicate test results

• Act as a quality gatekeeper for application releases

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field

• Year of Passing: Only 2026 passouts eligible

• Experience: Freshers (No prior work experience required)

• Academic Requirement: Minimum 80% in the last semester OR CGPA of 8/10, with no backlogs

Essential Skills:

• Understanding of SDLC/STLC

• Data structures and RDBMS programming

• Analytical mindset and attention to detail

• Passion for delivering quality solutions

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of Test Engineering, DevOps, and Release Automation

• Experience with UNIX, shell scripting, and application architecture
