GenC, GenC Next & GenC Elevate
- GenC: Entry-level IT services track covering aptitude, programming basics, and communication assessment. Suitable for engineering and non-engineering graduates.
- GenC Next: Developer-focused track with advanced technical assessment covering Data Structures, Algorithms, Web Technologies, and SQL. Offers higher compensation.
- GenC Elevate: Advanced coding track designed for confident programmers. Candidates clearing the advanced coding assessment may receive compensation in the βΉ4.5β5.4 LPA range.
