Role Overview
As an Associate – Analytics and Insights, you will support Deloitte’s Clients, Strategy & Growth (CS&G) organization by analyzing business, client, and marketing data to generate meaningful insights. You will work with enterprise data warehouses, SQL queries, business intelligence tools, and visualization platforms to help stakeholders make informed business decisions.
The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting testing and validation activities, and building interactive dashboards that improve reporting and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze client, market, and marketing performance data to generate business insights.
- Write SQL queries and perform data wrangling activities.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Tableau, Qlik, and similar BI tools.
- Support testing, validation, and user management activities for reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
- Translate business questions into analytical solutions and dashboards.
Required Skills & Eligibility
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- B.E./B.Tech is preferred.
- MBA is preferred.
- Experience writing SQL queries.
- Knowledge of data wrangling techniques.
- Understanding of enterprise data warehouse concepts.
- Experience with Tableau, Qlik, or similar Business Intelligence tools.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Knowledge of testing, quality assurance, and test case execution.
