About the CXO – End User Support Team
The CXO (Customer Experience Organization) – End User Support team is part of Deloitte’s Information Technology Support Services (ITS). This team delivers high-quality IT support services across multiple India locations including Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Chennai, and Kolkata.
The team supports:
• New hire laptop setup
• Hardware and software troubleshooting
• Mobile device support
• Printer and video conferencing support
• Walk-in IT support services
Role Overview – EUS Analyst
As an EUS Analyst, you will provide frontline IT support to Deloitte professionals through walk-in support, phone, email, and in-person interactions. You will ensure quick resolution of issues while maintaining service quality and professionalism.
This role is well-suited for freshers who want to start their careers in enterprise IT support and workplace technology.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver world-class customer service at ITS walk-up centers
• Provide hardware and application support
• Install and configure firm-standard images on laptops and desktops
• Manage IT assets and track hardware/software inventory
• Perform password resets and workstation management using Active Directory
• Support mobile device deployment and troubleshooting
• Provide Audio/Video conferencing setup and event support
• Assist LAN, WAN, Telephony, and infrastructure teams with on-site activities
• Document incidents, resolutions, and knowledge base articles
• Adhere to IT policies, SLTs, and compliance requirements
• Provide after-hours emergency support on a rotational basis
Required Skills & Qualifications
• BE / BTech / Engineering graduates
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Familiarity with Zoom and collaboration tools
• Basic understanding of networking, mobile devices, and AV systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)
• ITIL Certification
• Microsoft MCITP Certification
• A+ / N+ Certification
• OEM certifications (Dell, HP)
• Basic knowledge of network and system security
