As part of Deloitte’s Data Maintenance team, you’ll support payroll and employee lifecycle operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage onboarding date changes in Payroll Dashboard.

• Update employee lifecycle changes (transfers, separations, salary continuations).

• Support MIS reporting and payroll processing.

• Handle full and final settlements of separated employees.

• Ensure compliance with PII guidelines and accuracy in payroll records.

• Liaise with HR operations, general ledger, and payroll teams.

Required Skills:

• Excel (basic to advanced).

• SAP HR knowledge.

• Strong problem-solving & accounting background.

• Typing speed 45-50 WPM / 7000 ksph with <5% errors.

• Good verbal & written communication.

🔹 2. Learning Operations Specialist – Analyst

In this role, you will provide end-to-end learning administrative support for Deloitte member firms across the globe.

• Support training planning & delivery.
