Job Description

This role focuses on building machine learning solutions for decision-making problems such as planning, routing, allocation, and resource utilization. You will work on advanced AI systems and collaborate with teams to deliver scalable ML solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Build ML solutions for decision-making problems like planning, routing, and resource utilization
• Prototype quickly using agentic coding tools and maintain strong engineering practices
• Develop and evaluate models in optimization, deep RL, and predictive ML
• Design evaluation systems including simulation, testing, and KPI tracking
• Collaborate with ML engineers for production deployment and monitoring
• Document technical work and communicate insights effectively

Requirements / Skills

• 0–5 years experience in ML, data science, or applied research
• Strong Python skills and experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Knowledge of algorithms, probability, and statistics
• Experience with agentic coding tools and ML workflows
• Ability to solve real-world problems using ML techniques

• Experience in Deep Reinforcement Learning (PPO, SAC, DQN)
