Genpact is hiring for the role of Management Trainee – Trust & Safety / Customer Service (Job ID: HIG025245), a full-time position based in Hyderabad, India. The role focuses on managing day-to-day operations for digital operations and customer trust programs, using data, analytics, and people leadership to deliver high-quality, AI- and technology-enabled customer experience for global clients.

Job overview

As a Management Trainee in Trust & Safety, you will oversee operations aligned with SLAs, promptly identify service delivery deviations, and drive preventive and corrective actions. The position sits within Genpact’s digital operations and customer experience business, supporting Fortune Global 500 clients with data-, technology-, and AI-driven trust & safety programs.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide strong people management, mentoring, and career development to agents, ensuring low attrition and high engagement.

  • Analyze performance data to identify root causes, drive productivity and quality improvements, and manage KRAs like ART, throughput, occupancy, and shrinkage.

  • Run daily team huddles, review previous-day performance, set goals, prioritize critical queues, and manage bottom-quartile performers to bring them up the learning curve.

  • Ensure top-tier operational customer service for clients, liaise with cross-functional teams, and support strategic and operational initiatives.

  • Lead or support projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and strategy development to build scalable, data-driven solutions for trust & safety operations.

Qualifications & skills

  • Any graduate with strong English communication skills (C1 level) and excellent customer service orientation.

  • Strong understanding of social media products and services, problem-solving and analytical mindset, and ability to handle multiple tasks independently and in a team.

  • Preferred: experience with CRM tools, troubleshooting technical issues, data analysis, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
