Lead design reviews and obtain approvals from relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate simulations and physical testing activities to validate design concepts.
Collaborate with suppliers on prototyping, tooling, sample development, and project timelines.
Support Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and manufacturing implementation.
Participate in product teardown, benchmarking, and idea generation for VAVE activities.

Required Skills & Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
Strong project management capabilities.
Knowledge of sheet metal and plastic design methodologies.
Understanding of cost analysis and should costing.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, routing, and production setups.
Understanding of Bill of Materials (BOM) and Engineering Change Notice (ECN).
Knowledge of DFMEA and functional analysis.
Experience with component testing and qualification methods.
Familiarity with analytical and CAD software.
Knowledge of engineering drawings, blueprints, technical plans, and design principles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
