Role Overview – What You’ll Do
You will support the internal IT and server infra team with day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities include:

Install, configure & maintain Windows servers

Monitor server performance & resolve technical issues

Assist with patching, security updates & antivirus

Track and validate daily backup jobs
-
Support troubleshooting of printers, scanners & hardware

Manage license & AMC record keeping

Assist user onboarding & access provisioning

Help implement multi-factor authentication

Coordinate with global cyber-security teams

Participate in tool rollouts and infra upgrades
Required Skills
