Role Overview – Business Development Associate
As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for guiding parents and adult learners through the enrollment journey. You will work exclusively with high-intent, pre-qualified leads who have already attended a demo class.
This role combines consultative inside sales, relationship building, and revenue generation, making it ideal for individuals looking to grow quickly in sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
• Engage with 65–70 qualified leads daily through calls and video sessions
• Manage the complete sales lifecycle from first contact to enrollment
• Conduct personalized video counseling and trial class pitching
• Handle objections and address client concerns effectively
• Achieve and exceed weekly revenue targets
• Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers
• Participate in training programs to continuously improve sales skills
