Role Overview
The Graduate Trainee will support Oracle monitoring operations, Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) processes, and Google Cloud Platform services that are essential for enterprise production environments. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor Oracle database health, availability, alerts, and lock management across production environments.
- Administer Oracle Concurrent Managers including workload monitoring, process control, and resource optimization.
- Manage scheduling and execution of concurrent programs, batch jobs, and workflow coordination with business teams.
- Perform queue management, performance monitoring, and report status to management.
- Handle ADRP request releases and ensure timely processing completion.
- Provide status updates and completion reports to relevant production plants.
- Monitor Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Load Plans and Package executions through the ODI Console.
- Perform manual package executions using the correct execution context.
- Restart failed Load Plans from failure points and report execution issues promptly.
- Monitor Google Cloud Platform services including Airflow workflows, Cloud Run, Dataflow, Cloud Functions, and Compute Engine.
- Perform manual job triggers, workflow monitoring, error reporting, and system health tracking.
- Track CPU, memory, and disk utilization to ensure stable system performance.
Required Skills & Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
- Basic knowledge of Oracle Applications 11i ERP System Administration.
- Basic knowledge of Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, PostgreSQL, Java, and Google Scripting.
- Ready to work in rotational shifts (24/7 operations).
- Expected to stay with the organization for a longer duration.
