Key Responsibilities

• Support all stores at BBRC Syngene.
• Create purchase requisitions for raw materials, packing materials, consumables and spares.
• Support receipt of raw materials, packing materials, consumables and spares at the main stores.
• Conduct first checks covering invoices, packing lists, COA, pack size, MSDS where required, and appropriate SEZ and security entries.
• Check appropriate labels against invoices, packing lists and COA.
• Check weight according to the invoice and COA.
• Check weight according to route N+1 and critical material requirements.
• Support periodic stock takes to maintain control between physical and system stocks.
• Support job work challans and gate passes for SEZ consignments.
• Follow EHS protocols while arranging materials.
• Support rejected and returned materials from stores of vendors.
• Support receipt and accounting of returned materials into the system and stock after usage by the user department.
• Maintain housekeeping at stores.
• Support receipt and issuance of gas cylinders.
