This role is ideal for manual testers who want to transition into automation, or engineers eager to understand deep system-level testing in fintech.

You’ll work on:

Test Product & Automation Development

• Design and develop automation frameworks using REXX, C#, and .NET

• Work with both legacy mainframe systems (z/TPF, MVS) and modern tech stacks (microservices, REST APIs)

• Build internal test tools and improve existing test infrastructure

• Implement test case generation tools for efficiency and scalability

• Use tools like Selenium, TestNG, Postman, SOAP UI, JSON/XML parsers

• Develop CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub, and Jira

Manual and Exploratory Testing

• Design and execute detailed manual test plans

• Work across multiple environments: Mainframe VMs, Web Servers, APIs

• Perform system integration testing, regression testing, and UAT

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to resolve defects

• Report and document test results clearly for faster resolutions

Cross-Functional Responsibilities

• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews)

• Lead small initiatives within the QA team

• Support production rollouts with validation testing

• Propose solutions to technical problems and recommend best practices
