Zeta is hiring energetic graduates for the role of Jr. Enterprise Systems Monitoring Engineer in Hyderabad, ideal for freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are ready to work in a 24/7 rotational shift model.​

Job details

• Job title: Jr. Enterprise Systems Monitoring Engineer​

• Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India​

• Experience: Fresher to 1 year​

• Shift: Monthly rotational, 24/7 environment​

Basic qualifications

• University degree: BE, B.Tech, MCA, or MSc (CS / ECE) from a recognized institution​

• Hands-on knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems​

• Basic SQL database, networking fundamentals, and ticketing process understanding​

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong presentation ability​

• Highly structured, organized, and detail-oriented mindset​

Key responsibilities

• Ensure uptime and smooth running of client projects being monitored and managed​

• Create, update, and manage tickets for all issues handled in the ticketing tool​

• Coordinate effectively with teams and colleagues across Zeta offices to resolve incidents​

• Use basic networking and monitoring knowledge to support system health and alerts​

• Work proactively as a team player in a 24×7 support environment with a positive attitude​

• Apply analytical skills to troubleshoot issues and escalate when required
