• Specialist Programmer L1 (Trainee): ₹10 LPA + ₹1,00,000 joining bonus

• Digital Specialist Engineer (Trainee): ₹6.25 LPA + ₹75,000 joining bonus​

SP tracks are meant for advanced coders who can work on complex, high‑impact modules, while DSE focuses on strong digital engineering, modern tech stacks and problem solving.​
