Job Description
In the HRS Learning & Talent Support Services Associate Analyst role, you will provide support in delivering excellent service to the North-South Europe firm. The role focuses on providing high-quality first-line learning administration support while maintaining a high level of customer service.
The position requires working closely with the Learning & Talent Support Services team to deliver solutions that meet user needs and HR Services objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Adding classes to the Deloitte Learning Management System.
- Processing of all scheduled reports.
- Provide delegate list.
- Distribution of electronic training materials and pre-work.
- Closing classes and processing post-course evaluations and feedback.
- Ensure system related activities or updates are completed accurately within deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with appropriate Data Protection legislation.
- Work within Service Level and Operational Level Agreements.
- Administration of other Learning Support Services processes as required.

Additional Information
- Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM.
- Supports Deloitte organization in the UK with HR services, financial reporting, administrative services, and helpdesk support.
