Role Overview

The Graduate Engineer Trainee program at Invesco is a structured 12-month development journey designed to provide hands-on experience across multiple technology domains. Participants will undergo classroom training, rotational assignments, and real-world project exposure while working alongside experienced professionals.

The program provides exposure to ServiceNow development, intelligent automation, cloud technologies, monitoring platforms, and modern enterprise systems. Through two rotations within the technology organization, candidates will gain practical experience, understand business operations, and develop technical expertise required for future roles within the company.

Key Responsibilities

Complete the required classroom training and solve business problems through case study exercises.
Participate in 2 rotations within the Technology organization during the program.
Learn the end-to-end Invesco business model and growth strategy covering product, investment, sales, operations, and corporate services.
Contribute to team goals and achieve individual objectives assigned during rotations.
Participate in Invesco Connects and Business Resource Groups (BRGs).
Complete regular check-ins with Rotation Managers and Program Leads.
Build long-term working relationships through effective communication.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across global teams.
Support technology initiatives involving ServiceNow, Intelligent Automation, Monitoring, Cloud Development, and Operations.

Required Skills & Eligibility

B.Tech (All Branches) or M.Tech (All Branches).
No current backlogs.
Minimum 60% or equivalent CGPA/CQPI throughout academics.
Basic programming knowledge in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) is a plus.
Familiarity with Azure and AWS cloud platforms; certifications are an advantage.
Basic SQL and Excel skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively in team environments.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
