Key Responsibilities

Maintain the support process and ensure support requests are handled according to established procedures.

Escalate unresolved incidents and follow up until resolution.
Provide service recovery after incident resolution.

Track and manage configuration information using standard tools and processes.
Investigate root causes remotely and assist with preventive measures.
Coordinate repairs and product requests with internal teams.
Provide continuous updates to clients using ticketing systems and support portals.
Log incidents accurately with complete technical details.
Collaborate with clients, vendors, carriers, and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Required Skills & Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computing, Computer Science, or a related field.
Associate-level networking certifications such as CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA, Aruba, Juniper, Cisco, F5 or equivalent are preferred.
Basic knowledge of networking technologies including routing, switching, wireless networking, SDI distribution, core and access layers.
Knowledge of Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Riverbed and related networking technologies.
Understanding of technical documentation and remote support concepts.
Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-focused mindset with proactive thinking.
Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
