Cognizant has launched a Bulk Hiring Drive 2025 to recruit Analyst Trainees across multiple service lines, giving 2024 and 2025 graduates a strong entry point into the IT industry in India. This nationwide recruitment is open for any eligible 3‑year UG graduate and offers opportunities in core IT / data roles, Multicloud infrastructure, and Digital Workplace support.​

Analyst Trainee – Core IT / Data Track

In the core Analyst Trainee (IT / Data) role, you will work directly with application and database layers to support business solutions. The position blends development, testing, and support activities and is ideal for candidates with strong logical and analytical abilities.​

Key responsibilities:

• Work with relational databases to understand table relationships and write SQL queries for data retrieval and updates.​

• Implement CRUD logic and stored procedures based on low‑level design specifications.​

• Design test data, prepare test cases, and execute manual or automated testing as required by the project.​

• Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and resolve tickets by following documented procedures and SLAs.​

• Utilize ITSM and data analytics tools and actively look for ways to improve processes and solutions.​

Core skills needed:

• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem‑solving.​

• Clear written and spoken communication with good teamwork and collaboration habits.​

• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks without losing quality.​

Eligibility (IT / Data track):

• 3‑year full‑time UG degree – BCA or BSc (CS/IT/allied), Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics, Electronics.​

• Passing batch: 2024 or 2025.​

• Minimum 60% in 10th, 12th, Diploma (if applicable) and UG; no rounding off allowed.​

• No active backlogs and at least 60% aggregate in UG at the time of onboarding, as per university conversion rules.​

• Must be willing to work from any Cognizant office, in any shift and technology stack.​

• Open only to Indian nationals / OCIs currently living in India.​

Analyst Trainee – Multicloud

The Multicloud Analyst Trainee profile is focused on managing and supporting infrastructure and cloud environments for global clients. You will get exposure to Windows, networks, databases, storage, messaging, collaboration platforms, and public cloud technologies.​

Key responsibilities:

• Operate and administer production environments by following SOPs and runbooks with awareness of business impact.​

• Monitor systems, manage incidents, and ensure adherence to security and compliance policies.​

• Maintain professional communication with customers and consistently meet productivity and quality benchmarks.​

• Contribute ideas to continuous service improvement, take part in knowledge‑sharing sessions, and mentor new joiners as a buddy.​

• Follow all internal guidelines, including security and process compliance.​

Eligibility (Multicloud):

• Any 3‑year UG program such as BCA, BSc, BA, BBA, BCom, BVoc, BMS, etc. for 2024 or 2025 batch.​

• Minimum 50% marks across X, XII, Diploma, and UG without rounding off.​

• No standing arrears and complete flexibility regarding location, shift timing, and technology.​

• Open to Indian nationals / OCIs residing in India.​

Analyst Trainee – Digital Workplace Services

In the Digital Workplace Services (DWS) track, you will act as the first point of contact for IT issues, ensuring smooth and reliable end‑user computing experiences. This role is best suited for graduates with excellent communication skills and a customer‑oriented mindset.​

Key responsibilities:

• Provide frontline technical assistance, log user issues, and keep ticket records complete and up to date.​

• Diagnose and fix hardware and software problems, coordinating with specialized teams when advanced support is needed.​

• Maintain and improve documentation and knowledge‑base articles to help users and reduce repeat incidents.​

Role expectations (Multicloud & DWS):

• Comfortable interacting with clients and users from varied countries and cultural backgrounds.​

• Strong spoken and written English, along with a sound understanding of basic IT concepts.​

• Ready to work from office in rotating shifts, including nights; night shift allowance and cab facilities are provided as per project policy.​
