- Executive Branch (GS(X)/Hydro Cadre): BE/B.Tech in any discipline with minimum 60% marks.
- Pilot/Naval Air Operations Officer (Observers)/ATC: BE/B.Tech with minimum 60% marks and minimum 60% in English in Class X or XII.
- Logistics: BE/B.Tech with First Class OR MBA with First Class OR B.Sc/B.Com/B.Sc (IT) with First Class and PG Diploma in Finance/Logistics/Supply Chain Management/Material Management OR MCA/M.Sc (IT) with First Class.
- NAIC: BE/B.Tech in the prescribed engineering disciplines with minimum 60% marks OR Post Graduate degree in Electronics/Physics.
- Education Branch: Eligible M.Sc/MA/ME/M.Tech/BE/B.Tech qualifications as specified in the official notification.
- Engineering Branch: BE/B.Tech with minimum 60% marks in the notified engineering streams.
